Neurodiversity at UTAS Library Online
This session is for EVERYONE, in which we will be discussing some tips and tricks of thinking about using the library and studying in a different way.
Whether you identify as neurodivergent or not, the library system can be overwhelming. In this session, we will talk about:
- Ways to use the library physical space to study effectively for you
- Communicating with librarians
- Academic resources and how to get to them
- Getting information into your brain
As well as any other library things you need to know! We will be touching on most topics from our Library Essentials Online series, if you want to do those self-paced modules first (this is not essential).
This session will be recorded and if you register, the recording will be sent to you 2 days afterwards whether you attend or not.
Questions will be welcomed through the session, and we have a sli.do that is open from the 14th of August in which you can put in your questions when you think about them (as you’re using the library, think about your frustrations with finding or accessing information and chuck them in there!). This sli.do will also remain open through the session for further questions.
